Henan Baotu printing materials Co., Ltd. (formerly Changge Tiangong printing plate factory) was put into production in 2005
and was renamed as Henan Baotu printing materials Co., Ltd. in 2012.
It is located in the offset printing plate industrial park of Changge City, Henan Central Plains Economic Development Zone,
